About the position "Course Leader"

SV Halland wants to offer a choir singing course for young adults with intellectual disabilities. You will meet every other week for one hour.

The goal is to create an inclusive and enjoyable circle where everyone can participate based on their own abilities. The focus is on joy of singing, rhythm, and community.

You will plan the course content and scope in consultation with the development manager at the Study Association Vuxenskolan.

About you as a course leader

You enjoy and are good at handling people, and you have an interest in singing and music. You play and have your own guitar or electric piano to bring with you. You need to be able to play at a level where you can accompany the group.

It is an extra plus if you have experience with the target group.

It is meritorious if you have previously held a course or choir, but it is not a requirement.

We prefer that you live in Halmstad municipality. You are self-sufficient and can plan your course independently but with the support of the development manager. We place great importance on your commitment.

Location for the course

Either in our dance studio on Nässjögatan or on Bredgatan in Halmstad.
